- 6+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, product designer, or similar, leading and delivering comprehensive and elegant end-to-end solutions within a complex business environment.
- Proven experience designing technical SaaS products with large feature sets or complex dashboards
- Proven ability to collaborate with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to transform complex technical problems into beautiful, simple user experiences.

- Practice hands-on leadership, by creating pixel-perfect mockups and prototypes that guide teams to a solution.
- Solve challenging design problems in a creative and visually impactful way.
- Lead development of projects by taking vague problems, scoping them into high impact projects, and executing them against a set of success criteria.
- Take responsibility for solving product issues – large and small.
- 6+ years of product design experience with a minimum of 2+ years in senior-level design positions at significant global consumer brands.
- A proven track record and hands-on strengths in designing mobile apps, desktop apps, or multi-platform products, as demonstrated in your portfolio.
- Strong attention to craft and an ability to produce high quality mockups and prototypes that will end up directly in the hands of users.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with acute attention to detail.
- Prior experience participating in multiple areas of the product process, e.g. user testing, producing mockups.
- Ability to carry ideas forward with confidence and discretion while working proactively, independently and transparently.

- Proficiency with leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data in making design decisions.

In this role as a User Interface/Visual Designer on the UX
team, your primary stakeholders will be your peers — helping them succeed in
creating a world-class experience across our applications. We’re looking for a detail-oriented collaborator who can work with a growing design team to
establish good systematic practices for creating and maintaining beautiful,
usable designs.
Requirement:
- An exceptional portfolio of the visual, interface, and interaction design
- Deep knowledge of Figma and other tools to create and maintain design libraries
- Clean and detailed design work on both presentation and organization of files
- Experience working on design systems used by iterative product teams
- Added bonus if worked on data visualization or SaaS products in the past
- Additional bonus points for illustration skills
