How To Engage Kids During (corona) Holidays - Be safe at home

                Everybody be aware of the corona. Don’t go anywhere if you want to live long. Be safe at home. This is the best time given by god to spent time with your children and your family. Give importance to your children. Give nutrition food to them and increasing their immunity.

                  In these holidays all the parents have a big task to control the children. They can’t keep the naughty children within the house. In this blog, you can see how to engage your children in the home in a very useful way.

1. Every Morning ask your children to practice sit-ups exercise 10 times to improve backbone and brain strength.

2. Ask them to take pranayama (breathing exercise). It is useful for improving their lung activities. You can also do this pranayama. In this critical situation, this is very useful for them to fight against corona.

3. Ask them to do yoga and meditation for the peace of their soul and body. You also do this.

4. Children always sit in front of a TV or mobile or computer, so their eyes will affect soon. To avoid this and get better eyesight, teach eye exercises. instead of playing with the gadgets, you can teach them some traditional indoor games to them.

5. Give more brain games (puzzles, crosswords etc…), conduct quiz, word-building games for improving their IQ.

6. Ask them to do some household works.

7. Make a call or video call to your relatives who are all you miss to talk.

8. Say the stories about your grandparents.

9. ask them to play with toys (building sets, lego toys, etc..) and make a drawing, painting, origami works, etc…

10. Make to join the children in an online short time (one month or hour basis) courses for improving their knowledge.

These above tips make your children more attachment to you. Follow these tips and engage your children, in a useful as well as you also can reduce your stress.
